The International Tennis Hall of Fame's Club Affiliate Program launched with the help of thirteen Founding Clubs. As a member of a Founding Club, you have the opportunity to enjoy reciprocal relationships with these other historic and prestigious clubs across the country.
To start scheduling your visit, please click the button below. We ask that you submit your request at least two weeks prior to your visit. Once you complete and submit the form, your home club will contact the host club to verify that you are in good standing. Once confirmed, the host club will contact you to review the details of your visit. This process should take no longer than 72 hours.
Please note that privileges between clubs may vary, so take a minute to review the details below. Subject to availability, blackout dates may apply.
HALL OF FAME TENNIS CLUB, Newport, RI
Benefits
- Complimentary one-hour of grass court time. Reservations may be made by calling 401-849-4777 up to 8 days in advance.

Attire
- Players are required to dress in predominantly white tennis attire on the grass courts.

- This reciprocal privilege is restricted to once per year unless additional visit(s) are approved in advance by the Director of Tennis.

The visiting member may obtain a guest pass for a consecutive maximum visiting period of four days per month, and for no more than four times per year, for a maximum of 16 calendar days per year. Guest fees will apply.

- ITHF Founding Club Affiliate members must adhere to the regulations and practices of the Longwood Cricket Club. Any breach of the rules or terms of the ITHF reciprocity program will result in the immediate cancellation of privileges and the right to use the club, including the electronic device policy as follows:
- Talking on a cell phone, smartphone or tablet is only permitted outside the Club’s main entrance or in the parking lot and nowhere else in the Club.
- Non-disruptive texting, emailing, or reading on a cell phone, smartphone or tablet, similar to reading a newspaper, a book, or checking a personal calendar, is acceptable if done discreetly.
- The camera function on devices is permissible except in locker rooms.
- In the pool and café terrace area, use of devices for other non-disruptive purposes with earbuds is allowed.
- Use of electronic devices for any reason is not allowed in the junior locker rooms at any time.
- In unusual medical circumstances, the Club General Manager will be the arbiter. In the event of a true medical emergency, members and/or guests should call 911 and inform management for the appropriate medical attention.

- The Seattle Tennis Club strictly adheres to a tennis dress code for all members and guests.

- All players must wear shirts. Men’s shirts must have sleeves. T-shirts identified for tennis are acceptable as long as they otherwise meet STC color restrictions.
- Colored outerwear, warm-up suits, sweaters, and vests are acceptable, as long as they are loose enough to allow for appropriate tennis attire underneath.
- An easy way to remember the rule is “If it’s skin tight, it must be white.”
- The outdoor courts have surfaces which suffer permanent markings when running shoes are worn; therefore, running shoes may not be worn on any of the tennis courts.
